Visit historic Byram Arcade to find local fashion designers and quirky arts and crafts, and Upmarket Sunday events take place on New Street on the 2nd Sunday each month.

There's a great range of independent shops in the surrounding villages including Lindley, Almondbury and Marsh. But, if the high street is the place for you, you'll want to head to New Street, King Street and the Kingsgate Centre where you'll find chains including Next, H&M, House of Fraser and TopShop.
