Sign up for email bin collection reminders

All Kirklees residents can sign up to receive free bin alert emails. These are messages sent directly to your email address, which:

  • Remind you which bin to put out and when
  • Explain what can and cannot go in each bin
  • Let you know if there are any issues with bin collections, for example, severe weather or a change of collection day.

How to subscribe

  • You can register for one property per email address. If you wish to register for more than one property, you will need to use a different email address.
  • More than one email address can receive alerts for the same property.

How to sign up

  • Enter your property number and postcode or street name then search for your address
  • Enter your email address and subscribe

Already subscribed?

  • To change your address, enter your new address details and resubscribe with your email (this will override your previous address subscription).
  • To unsubscribe click the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any bin reminder email that you receive.
