Please be aware the cost of the taxi Compliance test is £55.00, and the cost of the taxi compliance test with a public MOT certificate is £60.00.

After you have made your appointment

You will receive an email confirmation of the date, time, and location of your appointment. Please arrive for your appointment promptly, if you are late your vehicle may not be tested and you will be required to book and pay for a new test appointment.

How to apply

Once you have had your vehicle compliance tested, fill in the application form and email it and supporting documents to Licensing.

Paperclip You must email these documents to Email licensing@kirklees.gov.uk:

• The completed renewal application form
• A copy of your valid vehicle insurance certificate in the name of the vehicle licence holder
• A photograph of the vehicle's V5 logbook in the name of the vehicle licence holder
• A photograph of your Compliance Test Certificate from the garage test
• A photograph of your Meter Test Certificate from the garage
