Order nowAfter you've ordered
- Once your memorial has arrived you will receive the memorial deeds by email.
- If your memorial is held at the crematorium grounds, the memorial will be maintained for the period of the lease.
- You will be reminded of your renewal date three months before expiry.
Renew a crematorium memorial

Paperclip To complete this form you need your renewal reference number and applicant number. You can find these on your renewal letter.
Renew nowAfter you've renewed
- You will receive a confirmation of your order by email.
- Your new memorial deed certificate will be emailed to you.
- The memorial will be maintained for the period of the lease.
