Situated in the grounds of the Holme Valley Memorial Hospital on Huddersfield Road, Holmfirth.
A tall column in the centre with a memorial stone. Eight plaques give the names of those who lost their lives in both World Wars.
The periods commemorated are 1914-1919 and 1939-1945.
