Situated in Church Lane approximately 1½ miles from Dewsbury town centre.
A stone cross situated in the lawned area to the right of the main entrance to the church.
The periods commemorated are 1914-1918 and 1939-1945.
There are seven war graves in several sections of the burial grounds of Thornhill Parish Church.
