Kirklees Housing Need Survey 2024

What we're doing

The housing survey is part of the Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA), which will investigate how the current local housing market is operating. It will investigate the characteristics of the current housing stock in Kirklees and identify the specific housing needs of different groups in the community. The consultation will run from 30th September 2024 to 22nd November 2024.

A random sample of households across Kirklees will be selected, and will receive information in the mail about how to respond to the survey, which will include a QR code, enabling them to take part. The survey, and mail out, will be managed by the consultants, Arc4.
