Ravensknowle Park
Ravensknowle Park is home to Tolson Museum which was gifted to Huddersfield Corporation in 1919 as a memorial to the owner's nephews lost in the First World War. It is a perfect setting for this stunning historic building as well as Huddersfield's iconic Cloth Hall Shelter entrance, moved from the town centre in the 1930s.
Popular with visitors, the Park is relatively cosy, being just less than 5 hectares in size. There are two main grassed areas that can be used to host a variety of events such as the local children's gala, music festivals, funfairs and family fun days. The Park has an active Friends group.
