Parks

Below are the main parks available to hire in Kirklees. There are many more smaller parks, open spaces and recreational grounds that can also be hired. If the space you want to hire is not shown below, please contact the Parks Team for more information.

  • Beaumont Park

    Located approximately two miles from Huddersfield town centre, the park has a large bandstand and visitor centre.

  • Greenhead Park

    Huddersfield's largest park, located just half a mile west of the town centre, is a very popular park boasting many features, facilities and activities.

  • Ravensknowle Park

    A popular park located a little over a mile from Huddersfield town centre and home of Tolson Museum.

  • Crow Nest Park

    A multi Green Flag award winning park located in the Dewsbury Moor area approximately one mile from the town centre.

  • Green Park

    This small park with a bandstand, grassed area, flower beds and war memorial is located in the heart of Heckmondwike town centre.

  • Wilton Park

    Located in Batley, this park is home to Bagshaw Museum and has an ornamental lake and wooded area.

  • Batley Memorial Garden

    Located above the Market Place in Batley town centre, a grassed area with formal beds and war memorial.
