Donations to our Pay It Forward Fund help provide tickets to those who might not otherwise have access to live performance, making live arts accessible to a broad range of communities across Kirklees.

Carmen Taylor from mental health and wellbeing charity Support to Recovery said:

"Tickets from the Pay It Forward Fund go to families we work with through our community anchor work, who are living with hardship or have difficulty accessing family-based activities."

"This fund offers families the opportunity to enjoy live entertainment they otherwise could not afford; spend quality time together; and enjoy the remarkable interiors of our town halls. It is a wonderful gift from Kirklees audience members who are enriching lives by choosing to help others."

Richard Parry, Strategic Director for Adults and Health, said:

"The generous donations from our audiences are enabling people in our community who may face barriers, either financial or social, to experience the joy of live entertainment and create happy memories."

"We are committed to making our shows accessible to everyone. In addition to our range of affordable ticket options and concessions, this new scheme allows even more people to enjoy shows at our town halls."

"I would like to thank all who have donated so far and the community groups we are working with to bring joy to local families."
