Terms and conditions
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue/activation and can be redeemed online or in person at the Box Office (not by phone).
- Vouchers are only valid for Kirklees Town Halls ticket purchases and cannot be used for merchandise, food, or beverages.
- Vouchers can be used across multiple transactions, with the balance remaining until fully redeemed or expired, but have no cash value.
- If the ticket price exceeds the voucher's value, the difference must be paid at the point of sale.
- Vouchers are non-refundable, non-replaceable if lost/stolen, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Available in e-format or printed as a gift ticket.
